At Terry and Company, we take great care in selecting and preparing each piece. We hope your purchase feels as exceptional in person as it did online.

If for any reason it does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • All tags must remain attached

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage will not be eligible for return.

 


Return Process

Include your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery confirmation so we may resolve the matter promptly.

Photos may be requested to assist in processing your claim.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Due to limited inventory and handcrafted variations, we cannot guarantee availability for exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original piece and placing a new order.
